In April of 2018, Amelia helped artists and curators Alexsa Durrans and Miles Brenninkmeijer build a simple and economic outdoor stage for their multidisciplinary outdoor event Weekend at Berenice. For her contributing performance to live event she dismantled the stage and reconfigured the peices into a free standing structure in which she invited audience members to pass through or hang out under. She then worked with viewers to help put the stage back together, teaching how to operate the power drill, and enlisting others to help move the plywood. The peice is an interactive live performance that deconstruncts the stage into a passage or shelter, and is then assembled into a stage again by the viewers. Performances then continued on the stage for the rest of the day.
